He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and of Uganda, and a member of the Uganda Law Society, the Law Society of Kenya, and the East African Law Society, and holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance. Collin holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law, and an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). Before relocating to Uganda, Collin practised in Nairobi as a Legal Associate at Zed Achoki & Company Advocates and as a Legal Intern at GM Muhoro Advocates, building a foundation in commercial advisory and litigation that informs his current cross-border tax controversy practice.
