He has advised across financial services, consumer goods, energy, technology, life sciences and the public sector, which gives his advice an industry grounding as well as a technical one.
Professionally, Jerry advises on corporate and individual taxation, indirect taxes, transfer pricing and regulatory compliance, with particular strength in cross-border advisory, transaction tax support, tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, OECD Pillar Two readiness and the interpretation of new tax legislation. He represents clients in reviews, audits and disputes before the Uganda Revenue Authority and the Rwanda Revenue Authority, prepares technical opinions across all major tax heads, conducts compliance reviews and tax health checks, and prepares transfer pricing documentation. His advice is practical and commercially grounded, directed at managing risk and settling the client’s tax position.
